Description
Flinty mineral characters typical of the terroir add complexity to the citrus and green apple palate.
Vineyards:
70% Semillon – Canonbah Bridge vineyard, Western Plains, NSW. 30% Sauvignon Blanc grown in cool climate, and 1000 metres elevation at Orange, NSW.
Winemaking:
The Semillon is hand picked to obtain maximum acid and a crisp citrus balance. After minimal contact with lees, the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Note:
Pale straw in colour. Limey citrus flavours dominate the nose. The palate is intense fruit with a well balanced lingering finish. In particular fresh citrus, crunchy snow peas and Passion fruit.
