Description
Soft blackberry fruit with an earthy character. The addition of American oak provides a hint of liquorice.

100% Canonbah Bridge vineyard, Western Plains, NSW. The fruit is picked at a low yield of 2 tonnes to the acre.
Winemaking:
The wine matures in 3 year old American oak for 12 months

Tasting Note:
Intense ruby in colour achieved by low yields and small berries. The nose is herbaceous with a hint of plum. The palate displays black cherries rounded out with American oak creating overtones of clove and mocha with a smooth finish.
